Three major food-processor trade organizations have announced that their main shows will be co-located in Dallas in 2012. The Food Marketing Institute (FMI), the American Meat Institute (AMI) and the United Fresh Produce Association will all hold their 2012 shows at the Dallas Convention Center. The AMI Expo will run April 30-May 3, while the FMI and United Fresh shows will take place May 1-3. The three shows will offer their own exhibit halls, as well as unique education programming for their own attendees. The partners will explore potential joint programming and networking events. This will be the second co-location for FMI and United Fresh, but will be the first time either show has co-located with AMI.
