The Pepperidge Farm unit of Campbell Soup Co. has rolled out a bread product whose round, thin shape lends itself to tray-style packaging. Pepperidge Farm Deli Flats are 100-calorie rolls stacked in a four-by-two configuration in a thermoformed tray inside a flexible bag. Deli Flats were introduced in the Southeast in late January in three flavors: Soft 100% Whole Wheat, Whole Grain White and 7 Grain. Suggested retail price is $2.99 to $3.19.
