Fogg Filler can design, build, and integrate a chemical/sterile water skid for a new or existing filling line to ensure proper levels of sanitation. Fogg’s chemical skids recover 98.6% of sanitation chemicals used, filtering and reusing them. The chemical skid will pre-mix a chemical blend in a tank, then heat it to a prescribed temperature. It is capable of handling a variety of chemical blends, including acidic solutions. The sterile water skid operates on a filtration system that requires no steam. The sterile water can then be used to rinse bottles before filling. A plant with several applications for sterile water can use one skid for all of them.
