(www.schneiderequip.com), specializing in end-of-line solutions for case packing and palletizing needs, announces it has acquired the assets of S&R Machinery (www.srmachinery.com). S&R Machinery is a premier supplier of both random and uniform case sealers. Based in Olyphant, PA, S&R Machinery has been producing sealers since 1995.
“The addition of S&R’s random and uniform case sealing machinery expands our standard equipment portfolio and also complements our existing line of case packers and palletizers,” says Schneider president, Richard Schneider. “S&R’s random case sealing technology enables us to provide a broader set of packaging equipment solutions to a wider market.”
Combining forces to create one team, the Olyphant facility will continue operations as before except S&R Machinery clients will enjoy the benefits of having access to Schneider’s comprehensive customer service and support team.
