KLEENLine designs and manufactures a wide range of food grade, stainless steel product handling equipment for clean environment processing and packaging. KLEENLine is also a leading builder and systems engineering provider for sanitary robotic solutions, vision systems, and turnkey integrated systems for direct touch food product handling and cleanroom packaging. KLEENLine’s history of innovation, engineering excellence, and high quality “Total Project Execution” have resulted in long-standing customer relationships and strong growth in several industries including food and consumer goods.

“KLEENLine’s talented team and outstanding product line complement our existing capabilities and customer base,” says Mark Anderson, Pro Mach president and CEO. “In the past few years through acquisition and new product development we have significantly strengthened our product portfolio in sanitary solutions for processing, primary packaging, and end of line packaging. With KLEENLine, we have an excellent opportunity to offer customers integrated solutions with many of our primary and end of line packaging brands, as well as provide an increasing number of solutions in sanitary product handling and integrated systems. We will continue to invest in KLEENLine to grow their business and further develop their product and service capabilities.”

KLEENLine’s leadership team, including founder Jim Laverdiere, will remain with Pro Mach and operations will continue out of the KLEENLine facility in Newburyport, Massachusetts. Jim Laverdiere joins Pro Mach as Vice President and General Manager for the KLEENLine operation. KLEENLine will join Pro Mach's newly formed Material Handling Business Unit, which includes Shuttleworth, based in Huntington, Indiana.

“We are enthusiastic about the benefits of combining KLEENLine and Pro Mach’s product portfolios and systems integration capabilities,” says Bret Ranc, senior vice president of the Material Handling Business Unit. “We share a common tradition of working closely with our customer to deliver the highest quality solutions and service experience. We look forward to collaborating with their talented team and we are confident that no other provider offers the breadth of engineering expertise and solution experience as Pro Mach.”

“Joining Pro Mach is an outstanding opportunity for our customers and team,” says Laverdiere. “Pro Mach has a strong reputation for investing in its brands and we will continue to strengthen the KLEENLine name and offer growth opportunities for our employees. Like KLEENLine, Pro Mach also leads with outstanding customer service and I look forward to working with our customers to help them achieve greater value from their packaging investments. Together we are a single source for a wide range of high quality, complementary solutions, and integrated products across the entire packaging line. That’s a significant advantage for our customers.”
