White Coffee Corporation of Long Island, NY announces plans to launch a new coffee line with renowned chef/restaurateur and TV personality, Emeril Lagasse. The new line features four distinctive coffees evocative of New Orleans dining experiences.

"Folks, if you're like me, great tasting coffee is an essential part of every day," says Chef Emeril Lagasse. "That's why I wanted to share my ground coffees with you. They're made just how I like my coffee – full-bodied, smooth and flavorful." Emeril's® Signature Blend Coffees are hand blended, convection roasted, ground and ready-to brew. Now you can brew some up yourself and – as Emeril says – "Kick it up a Notch!"

The packaging features the smiling countenance of Chef Lagasse on the front. On the back, each variety features an Emeril recipe using the brewed coffee. The new Emeril's Signature Blend Coffees, sold in 12 oz. bags for a suggested retail price of $7.99-$9.99, will be available in retail outlets nationwide.

"Emeril Lagasse is arguably the most renowned chef of all time," says Jonathan White, executive vice president of White Coffee Corporation. "His brand is the hallmark of the Crescent City's tradition of great taste and good times."

"Emeril's Signature Blend Coffees" flavors include a deep and savory "New Orleans Dark Roast," a rich and mouth watering "Caramel Bread Pudding," the delightful eye opener, "Bam Morning Blend" and the smooth and creamy "Kicked-Up French Vanilla."
