KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation and Longview Fibre Paper and Packaging, Inc. have signed an agreement for KapStone to acquire the stock of Longview Fibre Paper and Packaging, Inc. from Brookfield Capital Partners II, a private equity fund managed by Brookfield Asset Management Inc.
