New enclosure wash-down systems debut

New enclosure wash-down systems debutFogg Filler (www.foggfiller.com), a market leader in the design and manufacture of rotary filling systems for the liquids industry, has developed an enclosure wash-down system and capper and change parts wash-down system that will improve sanitation and save production time.

Fogg’s enclosure wash-down system is an internal system for non-product contact areas of the filler. It will quickly and effectively sanitize everything inside the guarding including the inside of the guarding walls. The only exceptions are the sensitive capper areas. The sanitizer will run down the inside of the enclosure and flow down to the base of the filler to be captured and sent to the drain. This feature makes it simple and reliable to effectively clean your enclosure with a touch of a button.

Fogg offers another wash-down system that operates similarly but it is for the capper and change parts. There are three separate spray nozzles that focus only on the change parts and capper area. Users can cycle both systems as needed to maintain a clean filling environment.

Users can also integrate the enclosure wash-down system and/or capper change parts wash-down system to almost any line or have it built directly into a new project. Fogg’s proven technology helps lower operating costs and provides reliability for production lines.
