Harpak-ULMA Packaging hires automation product manager

Harpak-ULMA Packaging (harpak-ulma.com) is pleased to announce that Martin Knowles has joined the company as automation product manager. Harpak-ULMA is a leading packaging machinery and integrated systems supplier to the meat, snack, cheese, produce, prepared meals, bakery and medical industries.

Most recently, Martin has been the End of Line Packaging Automation Sales Manager for Italproject Robotics USA.  Prior to this, Martin spent the last 16 years in the packaging industry working for leading packaging automation equipment suppliers such as Starflex and Ward Bekker Precision.

"Martin’s experience in fully automated packaging systems makes him a perfect fit for Harpak-ULMA’s leading role in the industry.  Our customers expect exceptionally knowledgeable partners, and with Martin they will get just that”, states Harpak-ULMA senior vice president, Bill Chastain.
