TimBar Packaging & Display acquires Hanover Packaging

TimBar Packaging & Display (timbar.com) announces its acquisition of Hanover Packaging, Hanover, Pennsylvania. 

 “Hanover Packaging has built an outstanding reputation for service and quality over its 89 years in business”, says Matt Heleva, president/CEO for TimBar.   He adds, “This purchase provides TimBar with an immediate and exciting growth opportunity based on the ability to better service our customers and markets by expanding our retail packaging offering to include folding cartons, rigid boxes and plastic boxes.  It also provides the opportunity for Hanover Packaging’s customers to consolidate vendors and purchase a fully integrated merchandising solution from TimBar that includes design, displays, pack-out, fulfillment as well as retail packaging, all from one source”.    

  TimBar Packaging & Display is a privately owned, independent manufacturer of corrugated containers, retail packaging and point-of-purchasing displays.  The company also offers protective foam inserts, packaging supplies and fulfillment services.  TimBar is headquartered in Hanover, Pennsylvania and has additional locations in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Illinois and Rhode Island.
